Plague Knight
The Plague Knight is the first brand-new class of Diablo V, built around disease and pestilence. It was revealed at BlizzCon 2026 together with the returning Demon Hunter and Monk. Its weapons, resource and skills have not been detailed yet.
What Blizzard has confirmed
Blizzard confirmed the Plague Knight as a new class whose theme is disease and pestilence. It has no predecessor in earlier Diablo games.
Playstyle
Beyond the disease-and-pestilence theme, Blizzard has not described how the Plague Knight fights — melee or ranged, weapons and resource are all still open.
